Everything went smoothly and we received a lot of positive feedback from the participants. The Windel Group employees put together their own individual program from a dozen sports courses. Whether yoga or jumping under the open sky, hot iron, boxing fitness or Zumba in the company's own fitness studio WINDEL MOVE or running training in the beautiful landscape between Hase and Piesberg - there was something for everyone. All accompanied by the WINDEL MOVE trainer team.

In addition, in sunny June weather, there were highlights such as stand-up paddling with the Stadtpaddler and dragon boating with the Wassersportverein Osnabrück on the Mittelland Canal. A raffle, a reaction wall and, as always, excellent food in the company restaurant frieda rounded off the sports day and ensured a great atmosphere and many team moments.
